I want all of my clients to have the best experience at Bareface Berkshire Skin and Aesthetics. I want all of my clients to feel welcome at my clinic and I have set a few T&C’s so that every one who comes for an appointment has the best experience and wants to come time and time again.

All bookings are subject to a booking fee. This booking fee is non-refundable.  Appointments can be moved earlier/later, but should you need to cancel this is non refundable. You must make contact 48hrs prior to your appointment and failure to do so will result in the loss of the booking fee and you will be liable for 100% of the appointment booking. For all cancellations and no shows that fall inside the 48hr hours, you will be unable to book future appointments until the outstanding appointment balance is cleared. Any future bookings will be cancelled automatically. Any future deposits paid will go against the monies owed, if it has not already been cleared. 

We do not treat any one under the age of 18 at Bareface Berkshire Skin and Aesthetics. I operate a strict challenge 21 policy and if you are lucky enough to look under 21, a valid passport is the only form of ID I accept for verification. Failure to provide passport ID, will result in your appointment not going ahead. 

Bareface Berkshire Skin and Aesthetics is an adults only space, no children are allowed. I ask that you please do not bring children with you to you appointment. Due to our insurance policies we can not have children on site while you have treatments done. Treatment will not go ahead if children are present.

A consultation is required before any treatment is carried out and I will collect information from you prior to you appointment. I will ask you to complete a medical history form, personal information and a consultation form prior to your visit. This will all be sent out via email. All the information will be kept in the strictest confidence and in line with GDPR and DPA 1998

To secure an appointment at your preferred date and time a booking fee is taken upon booking of the appointment. The remaining balance will be payable once your treatment is complete. Payments can be made via cash, transfer, debit or credit cards.
